Step 1

Click the Download Button
Download TeamViewer for Windows Download for Windows
TeamViewer QuickSupport

Step 2

Click the Download Arrow, in the upper right corner, of the web browser or choose where to save the file.

Step 3

Open the TeamViewerQS file

Step 4

Select "Yes" if prompted to allow the installation.

Accept the user agreement by clicking the check box, then press continue.

Step 6

Wait for the program to load.
Initial Loading

Step 7

Enter the 9 digit Session Code that is provided by the technician. Then press "Connect."
Starting Session

Step 8

Wait for the technician to start the session.
User Initiated the Connection

Step 9

Click "Allow access" to accept the connection.
User Accepts the Connection

Step 10

Success! Your screen background will turn black and the picture below will be on the bottom right of your screen.
This indicates that the technician has connected to your computer.
