Step 3

Open the Download and double click the TeamViewer QuickSupport Icon

Step 4

If prompted, click "Open"

Step 5

Click "Accept" box
Then click "Continue"

Step 6

Click the check box right of Screen Recording

Step 7

Click the switch right of TeamViewer QuickSupport

Step 8

Click Use Password

Step 9

Enter your Username and Password, then click
Modify Settings

Step 10

Click "Later"

Step 11

Click the check box right of the Accessibility option

Step 12

Click the switch right of TeamViewer QuickSupport

Step 13

Once you have two blue check marks, click "Continue"

Step 14

On the next screen, enter the 9 digit session code provided by the Technician and click Connect

Step 15

You will see this screen while the session is being started.

Step 16

Once the session has been started, you have to give permission to the Technician to connect.
Click "Allow Access" to grant a one time permission to access your computer.

Step 17

If prompted by this screen, click "Allow"

Step 18

If prompted by this screen, click "Allow"

Step 19

If prompted by this screen, click "Open System Settings"

Step 20

If prompted by this screen, click the switch right of TeamViewer QuickSupport

Step 21

Click "Quit & Reopen"

Step 22

Your session has started.

You will see this notice on the bottom right of your screen.
